Are you struggling with how to deal with pests or disease attacking your plants? Is your garden becoming less productive over time and you don’t know why or what to do?
We have been hearing some stories like this lately and it is hard to hear gardeners getting discouraged. So we have asked local organic gardening expert and soil whiz Arzeena Hamir to do a presentation and Q&A to give us some tips and help problem-solve some common garden problems related to the soil.
Plants, just like humans, become much more susceptible to disease and pests when their nutrition isn’t balanced. Learn some basics of soil health, where to source local nutrients, and how to manage your garden soil optimally.
Come with questions about specific pests and diseases in your garden and walk away with some tools to manage them safely and ecologically.
