With Raelani Kesler from the Sustainable Agricultural Landscapes Lab at UBC
On April 8th, join us for an interactive session about soil health in your garden. Learn about tools to identify your soils, how to use soil type to inform management, maintaining soil fertility, and overwinter soil care. Information shared from recent soil health research conducted on BC organic farms. Session will focus on management for annual growing (vegetables and flowers). Bring your questions for discussion.
Optional jar test activity: see instructions for an activity to identify your soil type before the session. Results will be interpreted during the session.
